Depending on the time of your Cruise Ship arrival, we will pick you up for your half-day volcanoes tour from the Cruise terminal. Your first stop will be Achilles Point, which is a lovely stroll along Cliff Road from St Heliers to Achilles Point. Enjoy the spectacular views over St Heliers Bay, Rangitoto Island, and Browns Island.

Your next stop will be Mt. Wellington. Walk to the crater near the peak of Mt Wellington, a 10,000-year-old volcano. Learn about the Maori settlements on the volcanoes and an introduction to the Auckland Volcanic Field.

From there, visit Mangere Mountain, which is also known by the names Te Pane-o-Mataaho and Te Ara Pueru. Located within Māngere Domain, it is one of the largest volcanic cones in the Auckland volcanic field, with a peak 106 meters above sea level.

You will also visit Tree Hill and Mount Eden before your tour ends back at the Cruise terminal.
